For two years, the Lab has been asleep, dreaming.
Now, it’s awake again.
New stories are being written, new art crafted, and more.
What is the Occult Triangle Lab?
The Occult Triangle Lab is a home for fiction and multimedia projects that center on the world of OROBORO, a dark fantasy setting created by Christopher Mahon.
You can read more about the world of OROBORO here.
We aim to bring this world to life with more than just words—we’re working with creative collaborators to make artwork, in-world texts, puzzles, music, and more experimental content (hence the ‘Lab’ moniker).
Check back on the blog to keep up to date on the development of the world and its stories!

What’s Coming?

Artwork
We commission artwork to accompany the Lab’s fiction, as well concept art to help develop aspects of the worldbuilding, like body modification, ghosts, and architecture.
We already have a small collection of concept art, which we’ll be sharing and exploring in posts on the blog.
Excerpts of New Stories
New pieces of fiction are being created that explore new places, characters, and aspects of the world, from physiomancers to magic to crime syndicates.
We’ll be posting short excerpts of those stories under the “Fiction” header as they become available.
